Time for the Christmas/New Year trip... this year was to be quite a lot of travelling...
Firstly - Cebu Pacific to Manila - arrive very early - 06:00 AM go straight to Joe & Nena's house - creep in, trying not to wake anyone...
A nice few days in Manila including...
Boxing
Day family get together at Gino and Mita's place in Wak-Wak
Then (27th) (Bubsy, Marga, Ruth and myself) off to Bacolod to visit Vikki,
(I believe it is Ruth's
first flight)
Hire a car and sightsee
Bacolod with Ruth and ??
This is Vikki in her sister's house. 28th then 29th December.
Then on 30th we visit with
Ruth and her relatives for lunch
we went to a sort of "mountain resort" and wandered around - wanting to get down
to some waterfalls - but deciding the effort was not going to be worth it -
there were "hot-spots" where steaming hot water and ash were coming up from
below.....
Bubsy, Marga and I then flew to Cebu - Plantation Bay Resort - where..... it was........... NEW YEAR'S EVE................
I was happy - free-flow
Champagne!!
The next couple of days -
were very hard work... what to have for breakfast??, where to sit?? where eat
lunch, what to wear??, where to go for dinner??, what to have??
Oh shame!! We've got to go
- but we'll take our time checking out....
Oh well!! Cannot delay
departure any longer.... phone for the taxi!!
Bye-bye Plantation Bay resort... back to Manila and back to Singapore.
