New hairdo in place......Saturday 21st June, 2003 - hired a car, drove to KL, and with Wal's brilliant "pace notes" - we didn't make a wrong turn all weekend long - arriving at Chez-Waller around 16:00. Chit-chat - then the skulduggery began - Wal took Wellsey (Steve Wells) together with another Steve ?? - to a pub to watch the Oz/England rugby match, which allowed something like 50 of us to congregate at the Mango Tree Restaurant in Bangsar - all to surprise Steve Wells with a 40th Birthday Party!

and I'm sure many others - for organising and keeping the thing a secret from
"himself". This is what we celebrated the 40th birthday of.........

At which point Steve ?? says "you've got to watch this PowerPoint Presentation" - which was again well done - and consisted of best wishes, jokes etc.. from admirers all over the world.

After which - there was food - or (it looks like) - Kieran - to be had..
