God created ?everything? ? this includes, space, galaxies, the Universe etc?. everything!
Where was he/she positioned, when he/she did it?? After all - there was ..nothing/nowhere - the opposite of "everything".
If you refer to ?God? as a ?Supreme Being? and ask ?is there a Supreme Being???, of course there is. To a peddler in India, the President of the United States is a Supreme Being, because of the power, money, influence etc that he/she has. So I believe that there are supreme beings ? and there are probably beings on other worlds that are more impressive than we are ? so they may well be ?supreme?.
But, ?is there a Supreme Being? (in terms of a God) ? no?.sorry!
That is a nice ?story? that mankind has concocted, to explain the ?unexplained?, or to explain why great hardships must be endured.
Just think about it for a while?.the Earth has been around for about 4 to 5 Billion years, and will last for a similar time until the Sun engulfs it. So for about 10 Billion years, the Earth will have existed ? and mankind (living on that Earth for perhaps less than 1% of that time) will have entertained the idea of a ?God? ? it?s a nice story that will have lasted for the ?blink of an eye?.
So ? ?clear the decks? ? don?t wonder why ?God? is allowing such bad things to happen to you ? stop asking ?Him/Her? ? make some changes ? yourself.
